- The book was transcribed and edited by Ruth Ann Sherman under the auspices of the RI Genealogical Society
- The microfilming was done by the American Baptist Historical Society
- A portion of the original journal is housed at the American Baptist Historical Society.
- Another portion is housed at the Newport Historical Society
